Keystone is nationally accredited and credentialed through the following:

• Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACH) as a Specialty Pharmacy
• Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACH) as a Mail Service Pharmacy
• Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACH) for serving Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs
• National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) for USP 795 compounding services

These accreditations mean that Keystone undergoes stringent inspections led by investigators from various organizations, focusing on items including but not limited to Keystone’s laboratories, internal training, patient consultation, FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) oversight, marketing practices and disciplines outlined in USP 795 guidelines.
